Is there a free trial?
Not yet. MaidCamp is launching soon. Sign up for early access and we'll notify you the moment the product is ready. Early access members lock in the rates shown on this page.
What does "early adopter pricing" mean?
Pro at $49/month and Business at $99/month are introductory rates for early access members. We may raise prices for new customers after launch, but anyone who signs up for early access now keeps these rates as long as their subscription stays active.
Are subscriptions monthly or annual?
Plans are billed monthly with no contracts. You can cancel any time from your account. We may add an annual option (with a discount) after launch — early access members will be invited first.
Are there per-user or per-cleaner fees?
No. Both Pro and Business include unlimited cleaners and unlimited clients. Pricing is flat per business, so adding team members never increases your bill.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro covers everything most cleaning businesses need: scheduling, automated reminders, online booking, payments, the mobile app, reports, payroll calculations, and QuickBooks. Business adds custom-branded booking forms, cleaner availability and PTO tracking, route optimization, Zapier and API access, Mailchimp integration, advanced reporting, and a dedicated account manager.
Is data migration included?
Yes. Free data migration is included on both Pro and Business. Send us your client list, calendar, and team data in whatever format you have — CSV, spreadsheet, even photos of a notebook — and we'll import everything for you when you launch on MaidCamp.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts, no commitments, and no cancellation fees. Cancel directly from your account settings — your access stays active through the end of the billing cycle.
