Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MaidCamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MaidCamp is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for cleaning business management. It provides scheduling, invoicing, customer management, and related tools to help cleaning businesses operate more efficiently.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Trial
MaidCamp offers a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial automatically expires after 14 days. You may upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Your Data
You own all data you input into MaidCamp. We process your data solely on your behalf to provide the service. You may export your data at any time from within your account. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MaidCamp for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws. You may not abuse the service (e.g., excessive API calls, attempts to overload our systems), reverse engineer the platform, or resell our services without our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
MaidCamp owns all rights to the MaidCamp platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your data. By using MaidCamp, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
MaidCamp is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaidCamp Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before terminating your account for cause (e.g., violation of these terms). Upon termination, you may export your data before your access is revoked. We may retain backups in accordance with our data retention practices.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
